About Watchmen Investigations
Watchmen Investigations is a cybersecurity and private-investigation case-management firm, founded in 2022 and headquartered in Colorado. It connects clients, at flat fees, with state-licensed private investigators through a nationwide network and with digital-forensics and cyber specialists. Clients often arrive in distress over suspected infidelity, divorce or custody disputes, stalking or harassment, or hacked phones and accounts.
The role
The Sales Closer takes each prospective client from first call to signed service agreement and retainer, then hands a complete file to a case manager. Calls run 5 to 35 minutes, about 12 minutes on average on connected calls. The position is based in Provo, Utah.
Onboarding is structured: product training, a library of recorded sales calls to study, call shadowing, and daily call review.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly. Call new leads within minutes of arrival and take inbound calls and call-back requests, about 20 conversations a day.
- Listen first. Run a short discovery: what is happening, who is involved, where, the timeline, and any court dates.
- Confirm fit and scope. Check that a licensed investigator can work in the client's state, explain the flat-fee services, and state the price.
- Answer concerns. Respond honestly to questions about cost and trust, and to requests to consult a spouse or attorney or to think it over. Offer split payment.
- Secure the engagement. Send the service agreement for e-signature and the payment link, confirm the retainer is received, and book the next step on the calendar.
- Follow up. Contact undecided prospects by phone, text, and marketplace message.
- Document and hand off. Log every call in the firm's case portal and hand each client file to a case manager.
- Track results. Report daily on calls, close rate, and where deals are lost.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience closing emotional, high-ticket services over the phone, in a field such as legal intake and retainer sales, addiction-treatment admissions, senior living, funeral and pre-need, medical or aesthetic patient consultation, insurance and financial planning, or high-ticket coaching. Applicants without this experience cannot be considered.
- Documented results in that work, such as quota attainment or collected revenue.
- Skill in listening closely and stating scope and price plainly to people under stress.
- Clear spoken and written communication and accurate call documentation.
- Discretion with confidential information and willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.
- Based in, or able to work from, Provo, Utah.
